When a Lead Is Credited

Credited: bad contact details
Disconnected number or false information.
✓
Credited: wrong area or wrong job
Outside your counties, or not a fleet GPS, telematics or camera install.

Credited: duplicate or can’t hire
Sent twice, can’t authorize the work, or looking for a job.

Not credited: customer chose elsewhere
They picked another installer or objected to your price.

Not credited: customer went quiet
They stopped responding, postponed or cancelled.

Not credited: you were unavailable
If you accept a lead, be ready to do the job. Handing it back is not credited.

Credit requests must be made within 7 days of accepting the lead. Credits go back on your balance.

What We Look For

Hands-on 12-volt or telematics experience, for the tech doing the work.

Insured and registered
General liability of at least $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, and a business EIN.

Your own tools
Including a multimeter and a scan tool.

Keep it straight
Stay current, never resell customer info, never pose as API Signal staff.

Meeting the minimums doesn’t guarantee acceptance or lead volume.
